This site is published by Asset Trend Reports Team, which acts as the data controller for the limited processing described below. For any privacy question or request, use the contact address at the end of this page — it is the fastest route and it reaches the people who actually operate the site.

This site has no user accounts, no login, no newsletter, and no forms. We do not ask you for your name, email address, or any other personal detail, and there is nowhere on the site for you to submit one.

What may be collected happens automatically through third-party services, and only after you consent: Google Analytics 4 records aggregate usage such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referral source. When Google AdSense is enabled on this site (via configured publisher credentials), Google may also serve advertising and set advertising cookies. Neither analytics nor advertising scripts load until you consent, and advertising units are not rendered at all until AdSense credentials are configured.

Separately, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user agent — for every request. These are generated by the infrastructure rather than by us, are used for security and abuse prevention, and are not combined with analytics data or used to build any profile.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing non-essential is loaded before you answer: if you decline, or simply ignore the banner, the Google Analytics and advertising scripts are never added to the page at all. The site works fully either way.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask on every page. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which reopens the banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — none of the content on this site depends on them.

Essential: a single entry in your browser's local storage recording your cookie choice. It contains only the word “granted” or “denied”, is not sent to any server, and is not used for tracking.

Analytics (only after consent): Google Analytics sets identifiers such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions, typically expiring after up to two years. IP anonymisation is enabled.

Advertising (only after consent): Google and its partners may set cookies to measure ad performance and, where applicable, to personalise advertising. These are set by Google under its own policies rather than by this site.

When Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing. If AdSense credentials are not configured, no advertising scripts or units are loaded.

You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. Opting out does not remove advertising when ads are enabled — it makes the ads you see less relevant to your browsing history.

Analytics data is used only to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site, in aggregate. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell, rent, or share analytics data with anyone beyond the service providers named above.

We have no ability to link site usage to a real-world identity, because we never collect one. No automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects takes place on this site.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies — which is why nothing loads until you give it, and why you can withdraw it at any time from the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

For the server logs generated by our hosting provider, we rely on legitimate interests: keeping the site available and protecting it from abuse and attack. These logs are minimal and retained only briefly.

The service providers described above — Google for analytics and advertising, and our hosting provider — operate globally and may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Those providers rely on their own transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which are described in their respective privacy documentation.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Advertising cookie lifetimes are set by Google, not by this site. Hosting server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics. We do not maintain any separate database of visitor information.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a restrictive content security policy, and headers that block framing and content-type sniffing. Because we hold no accounts, passwords, or payment details, there is no store of sensitive personal data to breach.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used on this site, contact us and we will help route the request appropriately.

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, data protection law gives you rights over personal data relating to you: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Because this site holds no directly identifying information of its own, requests of this kind will usually need to be directed to Google as the operator of the analytics and advertising services. We will help you route any request you send us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.

We do not sell or share personal information for monetary consideration. California residents have rights to know what personal information is collected about them, to request its deletion, and to correct inaccurate information, and may not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Note that under California law, the use of advertising cookies by third parties can in some circumstances be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. Declining cookies on the banner, or opting out at adssettings.google.com, is the most direct way to prevent that.

There is no common industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, so this site does not respond to them separately. The cookie banner is the mechanism that controls whether analytics and advertising run, and declining there is honoured regardless of any other browser signal.

This site links to external resources, including documentation published by data and advertising providers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

This policy may be updated as the services used by the site change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how your data is handled will be reflected in the consent banner where consent is required.
